/SHIPPING POLICY/

All products purchased from the thevanityessentials.com will be shipped via Sun Gold Forwarding Corporation for Northern Luzon, AP Cargo for Visayas and Mindanao, South Seas Cargo Forwarders Inc. for Visayas and Mindanao, Pambato Cargo Forwarder Inc. for Visayas and Mindanao, Coastal Cargo Transport Inc. for Visayas and Mindanao within 24 to 48 hours or maximum of 7 to 14 days of your purchase, holidays excepted.

Payment must be made thru bank deposit and confirmed via email of scanned deposit slip or thru fax.

We let our valued clients to avail with no minimum order but an additional shipping fee may apply depends on the courier, total weight of the order and designated location of the client so it is necessary to call us first at 358.19.14 for the confirmation of your total quotation.

For outside Metro Manila, all domestic orders are shipped with no minimum order for a flat rate depends on the computation made by the designated courier. Quotation for shipping charges is made upon computation of specified weight, height and width of the freight. Plus, the total declared value of the order.

Most of our business is done over the Internet. Occasionally, we have a customer who wants to pick up locally. We have provided Local Pickup as an option and do not charge freight for items that are picked up at our facility or branches.

/RETURN POLICY/

The foundation of our business is customer satisfaction. Our ultimate goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from www.thevanityessentials.com.

Before we ship an item, we make sure that it is on its 100% good condition to avoid refunds since we have a NO REFUND POLICY, in case that the item you received is damaged or defective, courier who shipped the item would be liable to it.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can't exchange it to any new, unopened the same product in full credit though you can leave us a comment or feedback at vanity_essentials@yahoo.com. Product that has been used or opened is not eligible for a refund or exchange.

In the event of a damaged product or an error in shipment, a replacement product will not be allowed as the designated courier is liable in this kind of case.

Before returning a product for replacement of the same item due to damage or defect, please contact us for approval. Products returned without prior return authorization will be refused.
